Yes. We construct landscapes designed by landscape architects, landscape designers and architects. The plans must be detailed enough to establish a reliable scope, coordinate the work and preserve the design intent.

What if our plans are not detailed enough for construction?

We will identify the missing decisions or documentation. Depending on the project, Story can resolve the design with you or work with your original designer before construction pricing proceeds.

What construction budget is required?

We focus on complete residential landscapes with anticipated construction budgets from $100,000. The fit depends on the site, scope, documentation and delivery requirements as well as the budget.

Do you quote from concept plans or an initial brief?

Not for significant landscape construction. Concept plans may be useful for an early project-fit discussion, but reliable pricing requires a resolved design and sufficient construction information.
